By placing an order with Alivio Plus Co for products or services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may not order from Alivio Plus Co if you:
(a) do not agree to these Terms,
(b) are under 18 years of age or not legally capable of entering into a binding contract with Alivio Plus Co, or
(c) are restricted from accessing or using this website or any of its content, products, or services by applicable law.
These Terms govern the purchase and sale of products and services from Alivio Plus Co, whether through our websites, including https://www.alivioplus.com, or otherwise. We may change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and any changes will be effective from the “Last Updated Date” listed on our Sites. We recommend reviewing these Terms before purchasing any products or services. By purchasing after any update, you agree to the modified Terms. These Terms form an integral part of our Website’s Terms of Use. You should also review our Privacy Policy before placing an order (see Section 10).
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
By placing an order, you offer to buy the products and services listed in your order under these Terms. We must accept your order for the sale to proceed. We may decline an order at our discretion, even after sending a confirmation email with your order details.
Prices and Payment Terms
(a) All prices, discounts, and promotions on the Sites or communicated to you are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order will be confirmed in your order confirmation email, and any price changes will only affect orders placed after the update.
(b) Prices include applicable taxes but do not cover shipping and handling, which will be added to your total and itemized in your cart and order confirmation email. While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders based on inaccuracies.
(c) Periodic promotions may affect pricing and will be governed by separate terms. In the event of a conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will take precedence.
(d) Payment terms are at our discretion, and payment must be received before we accept your order. You confirm that your credit card information is correct and that you are authorized to use it. You agree to pay for your purchases, including shipping, handling, and taxes, and to notify us immediately if your card is lost, stolen, or compromised. We may update the expiration date of your credit card and charge any renewal cards to the same extent as the expired card. You are responsible for any collection fees, including attorney’s fees, for unpaid balances, as well as any foreign transaction fees imposed by your card issuer.
6. Refunds
(a) Alivio Plus Co Courses
When you purchase any of our courses individually, we will, upon your request, offer a refund for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your purchase. After this period, refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.
(b) Alivio Plus Co Memberships
When you subscribe to any of our membership products (for example, our subscription service), you may request a refund for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you first subscribe to the membership. Please note:
(i) This refund policy only applies to your first subscription period and does not cover any renewal periods.
(ii) If you cancel a subscription and then resubscribe to the same or a significantly similar product later, the refund policy will not apply to the resubscription.
After the fourteen (14) day period, you will only be entitled to a refund as required by law.
(c) Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a termination request to support@alivioplusco.com. After we receive your termination request, your subscription will be canceled on the next applicable renewal date, and no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
To claim a refund, members must submit a written request within 30 days from the subscription start date. Alivio Plus Co will review the request and issue the refund within 30 days if we reasonably agree that a refund is due.
This refund policy applies to memberships purchased at full price and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The refund will only cover the membership fee and not any additional charges.
(d) Alivio Plus Co Discretion
Alivio Plus Co reserves the right to deny a refund under this section if we determine that you have not acted in good faith regarding our refund policies. In such cases, your only right to a refund will be as dictated by applicable law.
7. Warranty and Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY ALIVIO PLUS CO (INCLUDING THROUGH OUR SITES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, (A) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, (B) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (C) NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
In some jurisdictions, such disclaimers may not be enforceable, so this limitation may not apply to you. In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms of Sale alters your statutory rights under Australian law.
You agree that we are not liable for any breach of warranty claims or damages resulting from a manufacturer’s failure to honor its warranty obligations to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO CASE SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Our maximum liability, for any reason, is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific products or services purchased.
Where applicable under Australian law, our maximum liability for any breach of statutory warranties or guarantees will be limited to (at our discretion) either providing the goods or services again or reimbursing the cost of providing them again.
9. Goods Not for Resale or Export
By purchasing products or services from us, you affirm that they are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

13. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a purchase under these Terms, please contact us at support@alivioplusco.com. If we are unable to resolve your dispute informally, you agree that any legal actions or proceedings will be exclusively conducted in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
At our discretion, we may require you to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration conducted in Victoria, Australia under the ACICA Rules. In such cases, disputes will be handled individually, and no class actions will be allowed.
14. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
15. No Waivers
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. A waiver will only be valid if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Alivio Plus Co.
16. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and us and do not confer any rights on third parties.
17. Notices
(a) To You: We may send notices to your email address or post them on our Sites. Notices sent via email are effective when sent, and those posted on the Sites are effective immediately.

Notices sent by email will be effective the next business day, and those sent by mail will be effective three days after mailing.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms, along with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the matters outlined in these Terms.
