I’m Amanda, co-founder of Alivio and a proud spoonie for over 20 years. I live with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, PCOS, endometriosis, and Hashimoto’s, so I truly understand the ups, downs, and curveballs chronic illness throws at us.
My background is in forensics and business development, which means I love digging for answers and building strategies to make life easier for our community. My mission is to help Alivio become a beacon of hope, a place where every spoonie feels seen, heard, and supported. When I’m not working on Alivio, you’ll find me in my favorite cardigan, cheering on fellow spoonies, and sharing a laugh with Michelle.
